1. Run the whole pattern and process department and give the strong supporting for foundry production;

3. Stabilization of team and motivation of the team: Develop management skills of the department and section supervisor; promote the job content of the pattern supervisor and process engineer.

4. Provide strong technique support to production for solving daily process problem, so that to reduce the rejection ratio and improve the casting quality
提供技术支持，降低废品率以及提高铸件质量；
5. Good communication with other plant department such as quality, planning, and so on.

要求：
University or college graduate
Foundry background
8-year working experience in industrial operation.
High sense of responsibility
Good training and practice in management and management skill
Good leadership and good coordination ability
English level is preferable
